How do I...

Change my email details If you wish to change the format in which you recieve emails, or any of your details, please click through to update my detail, (also a link will be at the bottom of any email news from us).
Change the way I receive emails If you'd like to change the format in which you receive emails from Raleigh Paper, or any of your personal details, just click through to the update my detail, (the link will be at the bottom of email news from us), or phone our local office.
Check stock availability You won't be able to check stock availability online. Contact ourCustomer Service department for this information, or when requesting samples, check the "please contact me to organize stock reservation" box in the left column of the sample order form.
Check the environmental credentials of our papers The environmental credentials of individual papers is outlined in The Paper Selector, of our suppliers in their web sites, (Scroll to the bottom of About Us).
Check whether paper is suitable for my laser printer You can use the Paper Selector to find paper that's compatible with your printer - just check "Laser, inkjet or digital compatible" in the special requirements field.
Choose a stock It's easy to choose the stocks suited to your needs. Use the Paper Selector, enter your criteria in the drop down boxes and then submit your request. Each criteria refreshes after entry, (it then updates the next box to only allow relevant criteria, based on the previous selection). This takes a little time so we would ask you to be patient.
Compare paper prices Once you've selected a stock in the Paper Selector, choose the "Price Guide" menu to compare the selected stock's price against those of other paper's. If you already know the stock go directly to "Choose another paper"
Contact Raleigh Paper You can contact us by phone, fax, email or by entering the competition, (when open), on our Home Page.
Enter the competition You can enter all our online competitions on this website. Please go to the competition entry on our Home Page and fill in your details.
Find a paper If you know the name, enter the name in Find Another Paper. If you know the end use, but not the product, try the drop down menues. The site then selects only the products that meet that criteria before the next drop down use is selected. (As the site is sorting only those products that meet the criteria for the following drop down boxes, it does take a little time, so please be patient.) If only a certain colour is required the second drop down box, should be accessed first.

Order Paper Non account customers can purchase direclty from Raleigh Paper provided they order valie is $150.00 or more plus GST. Credit Card facilities are available to facilitate the payment. We will deliver if so desired. Smaller orders can be obtained from our subdistributors, to locate them please contact us, or visit the Distributors section on this web site.
Order samples from the stock selector. Simply choose the Request Samples option then click on details. If preferred just contact us.
